We’ve all learned about the time proven qualities of great leaders.. vision, courage, creativity, competence… over and over. In this lecture, we are going to talk about leadership qualities specific to gymnastics clubs. And it’s going to be fun. We’re going to talk about how to lead a diverse staff – with lots of teenagers – because that is our reality. And how to manage time when you don’t have time to manage time. Also our reality. And as we are sorting the Lost and Found, how to determine what deserves our focus … and what does not and how to solve everything and everyone who does not understand this. And most of all, how we can be impactful leaders. We have tremendous opportunity to make a difference in the lives of so many people. Join us as we talk about how.
