REGISTRATION FOR MINOR ATTENDEES: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).

TRANSFER POLICY:  To transfer a registration to another person, please email  [email protected]. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Thursday, July 23, 2026.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]. Cancellation requests received on or before July 23, 2026 will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after July 23, 2026 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after September 1, 2026
