The 2025 National Congress and Trade Show will be held August 8-10, 2025 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. Individual and Member Club Group pricing is available. Early Bird pricing is available through April 11, 2025. Online Registration Only.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBER REGISTRATION

Member Price (Competitive Coach, Recreational Coach, Owner, Event Director, Judge):

  • November 18, 2024 – April 11, 2025 – Early Bird pricing: $275
  • April 12 – July 25, 2025 pricing: $315

Non-Member Price:

  • November 18, 2024 – April 11, 2025 – Early Bird pricing: $375
  • April 12 – July 25, 2025 pricing: $425


MEMBER CLUB GROUP REGISTRATION

Member Clubs can register their entire staff at a special tiered pricing rate. The more you register, the more you save!   • 1st Registrant: $275

  • 4th and more Registrant: $230

Registration/Transfer/Cancellation Policy

REGISTRATION FOR MINOR ATTENDEES: Individuals attending National or Regional Congress must be a minimum of 16 years old. 16 and 17 year-olds attending a Congress must have a non-athlete membership with USA Gymnastics. This can be a Volunteer, Recreational Coach, Competitive Coach or Judge membership (and can be in addition to an Athlete membership).

TRANSFER POLICY: To transfer a registration to another person, please email [email protected]. All transfers must be received no later than 1:00p.m. EST on Friday, July 25, 2025.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]. Cancellation requests received prior to July, 2025, will result in a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after July 25, 2025 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refund total will be determined by the total number of registrants (if registered as a group) and lowest amount paid will be refunded. NO REFUNDS after September 1, 2025.

PLEASE NOTE: registration belongs to the payor and may be canceled and/or substituted by the payor at any time during the registration period.
