This session is specifically geared toward instructors of Preschool and School Age recreational classes, with practical, hands-on strategies you can take straight to the gym.

USA Gymnastics has 8 Disciplines. How many of these do you offer at your gym? We will take a look at all these 8 Disciplines and really dig into one – GFA. What are the 5 types of team programs that are under GFA? What type of athletes can participate? What are the required ages and abilities to be on a competitive team? How can your athletes benefit from these programs? How can your gym benefit from these amazing programs? Will others outside of your gym be moved to come join your teams? These questions will all be answered as we unfold this relatively unknown FUN discipline under USAGymnastics.
