With each arabesque and daring dismount, we celebrated the gleeful ballet of nerves and skill, where falling is just a prelude to soaring. Discover ideas for balance development from floor activities to high beam happenings. Body positioning, strength, coordination, and progression will help to straighten even the wobbliest gymnast.
