The 2024  National Congress and Trade Show will be held at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, June 28-30, 2024.

National Congress will have gymnastics professionals converge at the Minneapolis Convention Center to take advantage of the educational experience and the opportunity to visit and purchase from the leading gymnastics vendors in the country.

The Trade Show Hall will be one location that no congress attendee will miss.  The hall will feature a large educational lineup and much more.  So We Have To Ask….Your Customers Will Be There…Will You?

Set-up Hours

• Wed., June 26….8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Thurs., June 27 ….8:30 a.m. -4:00 p.m.

Show Hours

• Thurs., June 27……5:00-7:00 p.m.
• Fri., June 28……. 7:45 a.m.-5:45 p.m.
• Sat., June 29………. 7:45 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
• Sun., June 30………7:45 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Tear Down Hours

• Sun., June 30……….3:00-8:30 p.m.  (Everything must be removed by 8:30 p.m.)

Click here to access the National Congress Badge Order form.  Approved exhibiting companies should complete this form for any person who will be working their booth space.  Exhibitors must submit the form no later than May 15, 2024.

Promotional Activities

USA Gymnastics National Congress & Trade Show now allows exhibitors to promote activities they plan to offer at their booth, such as giveaways, raffles, autograph signings, and other promotional activities.
