Exhibitor Applications Now Available!

The 2026 National Congress and Trade Show will be held at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona from August 7-9, 2026.

National Congress will see gymnastics professionals from across the country and around the world converge in Phoenix to take advantage of educational experiences and the opportunity to visit and purchase from the industry’s leading gymnastics vendors.  The Trade Show hall, which will feature a large educational lineup and other activities, will be one location that no congress attendee will miss. So, we have to ask: Your customers will be there – will you?

  • Wednesday, August 5 · 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, August 6 · 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Show Hours

  • Thursday, August 6 · TBD
  • Friday, August 7 · 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, August 8 · 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, August 9 · 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Tear Down Hours

  • Sunday, August 9 · 4:30 – 8:30 p.m.  (Everything must be removed by 8:30 p.m.)

USA Gymnastics has partnered with JT  Travel to help attendees reserve hotel accommodations for the 2026 USA Gymnastics National Congress & Trade Show.

Events dates are August 7-9. Exhibitor move-in starts Wednesday, August 5.
