Reserve Your Spot

  • Hands-on Spotting sessions have limited capacity and require advance sign-up.
  • Reservations begin Thursday, August 6, at 11:00 a.m. at the Congress Registration Desk and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Each attendee must reserve their own spot.
  • Your Congress credential is required to sign up.
  • Space cannot be reserved for others

Verify Your U110: SafeSport Certification Before You Arrive

  • Attendees 18 years and older participating in a Hands-on Spotting session must have a U110: U.S. Center for SafeSport certification valid through December 31, 2026, or July 31, 2027.
  • Bring proof of your current certification (membership card or digital version) when signing up, as it is required to reserve your spot. Check your certification before traveling to Phoenix to ensure it is current.
